All bullion sales are final. Prices are locked in on date of order. Order date cannot be changed.

All bullion is shipped insured. The insurance and postal costs are included in shipping and handling.

Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion reserves the right to limit purchases per customer.

Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion reserves the right to limit trading hours.

All internet order payments must be transacted through PayPal.

Buyers must be at least 21 years of age.

Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion makes no representions or guarantees that bullion value will appreciate.

Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion will buy back any bullion that was purchased from Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion at spot price on date of transaction. Other bullion will be purchased at a discount determined solely by Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion.

Garfield Gold Exchange Bullion reserves the right to reject offers of sale of damaged bullion or to buy said bullion as scrap.
